PC General Agency, Inc.
Called PCGA, is a provider of policy administration solutions, offering administration services and software services. PCGA's Third Party Administration services include application underwriting, rating, policy issuance policyholder mailings, customer service, billing and collections, and information technology services. PCGA's software products include policy and claims administration systems, as well as systems that increase productivity through automation of insurance functions, such as workflow management, underwriting rules and guidelines, document and report production and rating algorithms. PCGA's service also includes installation, customization, training and maintenance of these systems.

All-American Managing General Agency, Inc.
All-American General Agency is a so-called Texas "grandfathered" managing general agency. This allows the MGA to function outside the state of Texas without all of the officers, directors, and shareholders being individually licensed as Texas managing general agents. All-American is the vehicle or conduit for independent Texas MGAs to outsource their MGA functions to the PC Group in Atlanta. While All-American is PC Group's entity that contacts with the Texas clients for this purpose, All-American, in turn, outsources the various functions to other members of the Group. In addition, All-American has just begun to produce and underwrite a Texas Private Passenger Nonstandard Automobile program for our own account.

All-American Budget Plan, LLC
This is PC Group's own premium finance company licensed in the State of Texas used to provide premium finance services and profits relating to the Texas automobile policies produced and underwritten by All-American for PC Group's own in-house program.

Omega Claims Service, LC
This is the claim administration company utilized to provide claims administration services for clients who wish to outsource claims administration and adjusting functions. Omega also handles the Group's own in-house production.

Perry & Co.
This is the premium finance part of the company that provides information processing, management services, and lending of funds to independent premium finance companies, which are completely managed by Perry & Co. These finance companies are owned either by insurance companies, large retail agencies or general agencies for the purpose of financing their customers' insurance premiums. Perry & Co. utilizes the state-of-the-art proprietary software of its affiliate, PCGA, to provide "virtual finance companies" for its client's premium finance companies.

TEAM Systems, LC
TEAM, Total Electronic Agency Management, is a company that has created and markets an electronic retail agency management system, which enable retail agencies to manage their businesses more easily and efficiently. The system is designed to be used for other agency products in addition to automobile. It is a fully integrated total agency system that manages all agency functions including forms printing, word processing, e-mail, check writing, rating, agency accounting, diary and file management, sale and management reporting, and insured invoicing. The system also provides a bridge for the retail agent to link to any comparative rater.
